Founded by Kelsie Morales, a bilingual school psychologist and child development specialist, Little Steps was born out of a deep understanding of the barriers families face when seeking support. Throughout her years working in school settings, Kelsie witnessed the challenges families encounter—long waitlists, limited bilingual providers, and restricted school-based options that often left children waiting months for help.

Seeing this gap inspired Kelsie to take action. She envisioned a practice that offered flexible, high-quality, and culturally responsive speech therapy designed to meet families where they are—literally. That vision became Little Steps Growth & Development, a virtual speech therapy practice dedicated to breaking down barriers and empowering families through accessible, evidence-based care.

Our team of licensed speech-language pathologists provides personalized sessions tailored to each child’s communication goals. Every session is engaging, interactive, and rooted in proven strategies that promote meaningful progress.
